I purchased a new remote-controlled ceiling fan from MyG Piravom. After installation, the remote was not working. I contacted MyG several times, but their response was very irresponsible. They kept saying that the company technician would come and fix the issue, but no one has visited yet. This has been a very disappointing experience. I also purchased a water heater from the same store about three months ago and faced poor after-sales service. Overall, I had a very bad experience with MyG Piravom due to their lack of customer support. I would not recommend this store.
