I visited your Iritti showroom (25/11/2025) and I had a very bad experience. I went to buy a mobile (Galaxy A17 5G) and after picking up the mobile, when I asked about their offer, they said that there is no offer now and the offer ended two days ago. I had bought a mobile before this and they said the same thing then. Why do you cheat people like this? I will never go to myg again. Very bad staff ,I bought the same mobile at the nearby C Store and got a good offer.

The verse electronic shop in iritty, there is manners from the staff, and from the manager, never go to this shop. There was an insident happened in iritty My G showroom, yesterday. I have purchased an AC from My G one week back and after 7 days it was not fixed, from the showroom they told that it will be fixed with in two days, And it has been a week. Yesterday we took the AC and given back to the My g showroom iritty and asked to make the refund and they are unwilling to do that, and i informed at iritty police station about this issue, and a police officer has come to us and talked and told to the My G staff today by 9 it's has to be fixed or if not , give back the money to the customer, then on this day the Gundas from My g showroom and came to my house and damaged few things in the name of fixing AC, and when they distroyed few things at my home, i didn't allow them to go back, I asked either fix the AC or take it back, due to this discussion they called 2 constables from police station and 15 CPM Gundas came to my house and betten the family members and they have been injured. Due to this I strongly ask the people to never go this showroom and buy any off the things , because it was happened to my family today and tomorrow it can happen to you also.
