Worst customer service, soo careless that they asked us to update a crucial setup in the laptop(80K) from home coz they had poor wifi they said(one of the crucial step for any laptop).if they dk how to set the things up they could have said it and seek professionals instead they handled it carelessly .VERY CHILDISH.now I'm dealing a very hard time mentally just because of my one BAD DECISION to BUY it from MYG MAHE.ofc it' software bug still very unprofessional and acting like it' my fault for all this(once when I called them). the actual customer service of brand was soo nice and concerned that they would pick my product from home n reinstall all the setup and necessary actions.
