Had the worst experience with MyG Future. I purchased an LG refrigerator on an EMI basis. Within six months, it developed a fault. I informed MyG, and their response was always the same: "The technician will come." I waited for four days, calling them multiple times, but received the same answer every time. On the fourth day, the technician arrived and found that the refrigerator had a faulty control board. When I contacted MyG again, they informed me that it would take 7–14 days to receive a replacement board. As we all know, a refrigerator is an essential household appliance. It is not like a TV or an AC that you can manage without for some time. If you are a working person with children at home, it becomes even more difficult. I explained our situation and requested a temporary second-hand refrigerator until ours was repaired. However, they refused, saying they had no such policy. We patiently waited another eight days. The replacement board finally arrived, but unfortunately, it was also defective. We suffered mentally, financially, and emotionally during this period. When I contacted MyG again, they simply said they would order another board. At that point, I lost my patience. Why should a customer have to keep waiting when the product is still under warranty and not functioning properly? They told me that a replacement refrigerator could only be provided after approval from LG. Finally, on the 19th or 20th day, they informed us that we could get a new refrigerator. However, they did not have the same model in stock, and we had to pay an additional ₹1,200 to get a replacement model. In the end, the customer was the one who suffered—through mental stress, inconvenience, and additional expenses. I especially feel sorry for the women who manage the household and kitchen, as they bear the brunt of such situations. I am extremely disappointed with MyG's attitude towards customer service. When you are buying a product, you are treated like a king. Once the purchase is completed, they become the king and the customer is left helpless. At the very least, they could have provided a temporary refrigerator until the issue was resolved. Thank you, MyG. You taught us an important lesson. This was our first purchase from you, and it will definitely be our last. One more thing I would like to highlight: the replacement refrigerator was delivered at 10:00 PM. Is this really a professional way to handle deliveries? It felt as though the delivery department lacked basic common sense and consideration for customers.
