bad experiance I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding a Lloyd air conditioner purchased from MYG Changanacherry. Purchase & Installation Details: Product: Lloyd Air Conditioner Date of Purchase: April 15 Installation Date: April 16 Purchased from: MYG Changanacherry Salesperson: Mrs. Anjitha Issue Description: Before installing the AC, my average monthly electricity bill was around ₹1500, with the last bill being ₹1039. However, within just 7 days of installing the AC, my electricity bill (dated April 23) has drastically increased to ₹7029. This sudden spike of approximately ₹5000 is extremely concerning. Actions Taken: I reported the issue to KSEB and consulted experienced electricians. I also contacted Lloyd service support. Mr. Adarsh referred technician Mr. Arun, who inspected my home on April 25. Despite this, no proper resolution has been provided. When I contacted MYG Changanacherry customer care, I was informed that the AC has no issue and was asked to approach KSEB. When I visited the store, the manager responded that even if the AC is replaced, the same issue may occur. This response is disappointing and not acceptable from a reputed showroom. Concern: Based on technical checks, I strongly suspect that the AC is causing abnormal power consumption and drawing excessive load (ampere issue). This needs urgent attention.
