I bought a TV from this company two years ago. After the warranty expired, I discovered that the TV stand had broken, so I contacted customer service for advice. They informed me that a technician from the service centre would call me. When the technician called, he said that because we installed the TV ourselves and not the My G team, the stand might have been damaged during installation. I found this explanation completely unreasonable. If that were the case, how did the TV work perfectly and holding on that broken stand for the last two years without any issue? I understand that normal wear and tear can happen, but I did not expect such an illogical response from the technicians of a reputed company. Instead of properly assessing the problem, they simply blamed us without any evidence. This experience has been very disappointing. Unfortunately, I will not be purchasing from this company again.
