Very disappointing service from the Kilimanoor branch regarding the laptop purchase. The staff behavior was highly unprofessional and arrogant. Customers expect respectful communication and proper support, but unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing. Kindly look into this matter and improve your customer service.
